Feature
Study Mode
Learn anything at your own pace. Alias breaks topics down, quizzes you, and adapts as you go instead of just handing over the answers.
It withholds the answer
Study Mode walks you toward the solution with questions and hints, because being shown an answer is not the same as learning it.
It finds your gap
When you get something wrong, Alias works out which underlying idea is missing and teaches that instead of repeating itself.
It keeps testing you
Spaced questions bring earlier material back, so what you learned in week one is still there in week six.
How it works
- 01
Pick the topic
A subject, a chapter, a paper, or a photo of the problem set.
- 02
Work through it together
Alias explains, then asks. You answer, and it adjusts to what you got wrong.
- 03
Prove you have it
Finish with a check that covers the whole topic, not just the last bit.
Try asking
Teach me how integration by parts works. Do not give me the answers, make me work them out.
I keep failing questions on the Krebs cycle. Find out what I am actually missing.
Quiz me on this chapter until I can get every question right twice in a row.
Questions
- Will it just do my homework?
- Not in Study Mode. It deliberately guides rather than solves, so you finish able to do the next problem yourself. You can switch to a normal chat if you want a direct answer.
- Can I use my own course material?
- Yes. Upload your notes, slides or textbook chapter and Alias will teach from that material rather than a generic version of the topic.
- Is this useful past school?
- Yes. It works for any structured learning, including professional certifications, a new programming language, or a field you are picking up from scratch.
