Questions
- Do I have to choose a model?
- No. Leaving it on auto is the intended way to use Alias and it is what the routing exists for. The picker is there for the times you already know which engine you want.
- Where do my conversations go?
- Into your account, filed under a project if you gave it one. They sync, so the same session is waiting in the browser and in the desktop app.
- Can I use my own provider keys?
- Yes. Business accounts can bring their own, and anyone can connect an OpenRouter account. Otherwise Alias meters what you use out of your plan's bundle.
